個人情報保護に関する基本方針
畠山法律事務所（以下「当事務所」といいます）は、業務上取り扱う依頼者、相談者の方々の個人情報を適正に保護することが重要な責務であると認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令（以下「個人情報保護法等」といいます）を遵守するとともに、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、これを維持・実行してまいります。
1. 個人情報の取得
当事務所は、個人情報を取得するにあたって、相談者もしくは依頼者に対して、利用目的を明確に明示いたします。
2. 個人情報の利用目的
当事務所は、お預かりした個人情報を以下の目的で利用し、個人情報保護法等により許可される場合を除き、御本人の同意がない限りこの範囲を超えて個人情報を利用することはありません。
- 弁護士業務（アフターケア等ご依頼案件処理に付随する業務を含む）
- 利益相反関係の確認
- 各種ご案内、御挨拶状の御送付、御送信
- お問合せへの対応
- その他、上記利用目的に付随する目的
3. 個人情報の第三者提供
当事務所は、個人情報保護法等で許される場合を除き、御本人の同意がない限り、お預かりした個人情報を第三者へ開示または提供いたしません。
4. 個人情報の外部委託
当事務所は、事件処理などを適切かつ円滑に進めるため、業務の一部を外部に委託し、必要な範囲でお預かりした個人情報を委託先に預託することがあります。この場合、当事務所は預託先に対し、守秘義務契約の締結などによって個人情報保護を義務付けるとともに、適切な個人情報の取り扱いがなされるよう監督を行います。
5. 個人情報の安全管理
当事務所は、個人情報を適切に管理し、個人情報の漏洩、紛失、改竄等に対する予防措置を講じます。
６. 個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等
当事務所は、保有する個人情報につき個人情報保護法に基づく開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去などのお申し出があった場合、お申し出いただいた方が御本人であることを確認した上で、個人情報保護に関する法律等の規定と趣旨に従い、迅速かつ誠実に対応いたします。

How long we retain your data
